		<description><![CDATA[Possibly the focus on self is because of the confusion as to marketing and selling? There are still way too many people in my humble opinion who believe telling is selling and to tell means it is all about them.  My sense this is probably more to do with confusion about where social media fits within marketing and selling along with a lack of knowledge than anything else.  There will always be those sales folks who are more ego driven, narcissistic in nature.  Good post, thanks
