agreed. it&#039;s difficult to divorce emotion from decisions, because we are whole beings with emotions as well as intellect. I would even go so far as to say that most decisions start with emotional response. As for B2B decisions though, as many as 30 people may weigh in on the scorecard for prior to a selection and purchase.. Most of that moves from emotion to logic and back again, but the balance sheet wins most times. Wouldn&#039;t you agree?]]></description>

No-one needs the latest car when they&#039;ve got a perfectly good one in their garage. My wife doesn&#039;t need a £400 handbag - a plastic bag has much the same functionality (at least that&#039;s my argument!). People buy these things because they fulfill an emotional need - in this case the need for business owners to feel they&#039;re dynamic, forward-thinking individuals who move with the times. That&#039;s what&#039;s going on here, in my view.]]></description>
