If we did, our countenance would start to degrade and our prospects would sense that too. Rejection is just part of the job. I like the idea of &quot;getting to no&quot; for lots of reasons. No, as you said, is part of the conversation. It&#039;s how we get to diagnose what the prospect is or isn&#039;t interested in.
